Refund & Return Policy

We want you to be happy with your FreshStep order. This policy explains when a return, replacement, or refund applies.
7-day return window
Unopened, unused products in their original packaging can be returned within 7 days of delivery. To start a return, email [email protected] with your order number and reason for return.
Damaged or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the item. We'll arrange a free replacement or a refund — whichever you prefer.
What isn't eligible
Products that have been opened, used, or are missing original packaging cannot be returned unless they arrived damaged or defective. Because FreshStep is a powder product, we're unable to accept returns of opened bottles for hygiene reasons.
How refunds are issued
Since orders are paid via Cash on Delivery, approved refunds are sent via bank transfer or mobile wallet (JazzCash/Easypaisa) to the details you provide, usually within 5–7 business days of approval.
