Shipping Policy

FreshStep ships across Pakistan from our Karachi warehouse. This policy covers processing times, delivery timelines, and delivery charges for every order placed at freshstep.pk.

Delivery timeline

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days and delivered within 3–5 business days from dispatch, depending on your city. Deliveries to major cities are typically faster; remote areas may take slightly longer.

Delivery charges

A flat delivery fee of Rs. 150 applies to standard orders. Delivery is free on the 120g Bigger Pack and on multi-packs (2x/3x 60g bundles).

Payment on delivery

FreshStep currently accepts Cash on Delivery (COD) only — you pay the rider when your order arrives, with nothing charged online in advance.

Order confirmation

Before dispatch, our team may contact you by phone or WhatsApp to confirm your delivery address and order details, to reduce failed or delayed deliveries.

Delays

Occasionally, weather, courier disruptions, or public holidays can extend delivery timelines beyond the usual 3–5 days. If your order is significantly delayed, contact us and we'll look into it right away.
