These terms govern your use of freshstep.pk and any order placed with FreshStep. By using this site or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

Products and pricing

All prices are listed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and are subject to change without notice. We make reasonable efforts to ensure product descriptions and images are accurate, but we do not guarantee that all information on the site is error-free at all times.

Orders and payment

Orders are currently accepted on a Cash on Delivery (COD) basis only — no online payment is collected. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including in cases of suspected fraud, incorrect pricing, or stock unavailability, and will inform you if this happens.

Shipping and returns

Delivery timelines and charges are described in our Shipping Policy. Return and refund eligibility is described in our Refund & Return Policy. Both form part of these terms.

Product use

FreshStep powder is intended for external use on footwear only. Discontinue use and consult a doctor if irritation occurs. Keep out of reach of children.

Intellectual property

All content on this site — including text, images, logos, and the FreshStep name and branding — is the property of FreshStep and may not be reproduced or used without our written permission.

Limitation of liability

FreshStep is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of this site or our products, beyond the value of the order in question, except where such liability cannot be excluded by law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes are posted means you accept the updated terms.
